For the past 15 years Michael Tonn has been helping home builders build various types of off-grid homes. He has worked on:

strawbales
monolithic domes
standard construction

He helps people design and build off-grid solar and wind generator systems.

He especially likes to consult with people as they plan their construction projects and assist them in the initial stages to help them make the most of their ideas. He can also be a part of the team as materials are ordered, and as construction gets underway.

His skills include but are not limited to knowledge of:
plumbing
ac and dc electrical
carpentry
tile work
stucco/masonry

and the various odds and ends that go into home-building.
